How care begins

A clear path from your first question

How Care Begins

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking or start date.

  1. Step 1: Tell us what you need

Start online with your location, the support you are considering and how you would like us to contact you. You do not need to visit the office to submit an inquiry.

  2. Step 2: Develop your service plan

Our RN guides you through a free nonmedical needs assessment and works with you on a plan reflecting your routines and preferences.

  3. Step 3: Confirm the details

We complete the required onboarding and confirm the caregiver arrangement, schedule, rates and start date before care begins.

  4. Step 4: Stay supported as needs change

We keep in touch as your needs change, with weekly caregiver supervision and a monthly RN review of your nonmedical service plan. Any changes to your support are discussed and agreed with you or your authorized representative.

Questions families ask

All questions & service terms →

What support do you provide?

We provide nonmedical companionship and homemaking support, including conversation, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and medication reminders. The tasks we provide are agreed in your service plan.

How is your RN involved?

Our full-time Registered Nurse guides intake, helps develop the nonmedical service plan, provides caregiver training and oversight, and reviews the plan monthly. This does not include skilled nursing or other medical services.

Can I begin online?

Yes. Use Request Care Online to tell us what you are looking for. A coordinator follows up by email or phone during office hours. Your inquiry begins a conversation; it does not confirm services.

Is there a minimum visit length?

For hourly care, four hours is the normal scheduling minimum, subject to the arrangements confirmed in your plan. If an hourly visit ends early, only care actually provided is billed. Assessment visits and non-hourly arrangements have separate terms.

When can support begin?

We review your needs, location, requested schedule and available staffing. Your start date is confirmed after the required onboarding is complete.

Can my family receive updates?

We share information with family members or representatives only as authorized. Tell us whom you would like involved when we discuss your service plan.

What does care cost?

Your individual rate is confirmed after a free nonmedical needs assessment and before services begin. Ask a Question if you would like to discuss the process before requesting care.
